Introductory training within the project

As part of the project “Establishing Unified and Positive Practices in
Combating Domestic Violence in Macedonia”, the Citizens’ Association Akcija
Zdruzenska – Skopje and the Association for Emancipation, Solidarity and
Equality of Women in the Republic of Macedonia, in the period 22-25.06.2006, in
Ohrid organized an introductory training for representatives from the Ministry
of Interior, Public prosecutors, investigative judges and criminal law judges.

The goal of the training was to introduce the participants with the
phenomenon of domestic violence, consequences from domestic violence, criminal
and civil law regulations of the issue of domestic violence, as well as to
inform them on the already developed internal procedures and protocols within
the Ministry of Interior.
