Working session towards unification of civil justice system in combating domestic violence in Macedonia

As part of the project "Establishing Unified and Positive Practices in
Combating Domestic violence in Macedonia", the Association of Citizens Akcija
Zdruzenska-Skopje and the Association for Emancipation, Solidarity and Equality
of Women in the Republic of Macedonia, on 03.04.2007 organized Fifth working
session.

On this working session were identified necessary changes of Family Law and
Social protection law, needed for more effective protection of domestic violence
victims. 

This was fifth of the six working sessions within the activities towards
unification of civil justice system, towards development procedures for
proposing, issuing, implementation and continuation with the civil restraining
orders.
