The three days training is intended for representatives of both genders from
NGOs that are active and have implemented project activities.
The training program aims at upgrading the knowledge and skills of
participants from both genders towards the establishing of a democratic and
transparent model for organization management.
The training encompasses the following topics:
Introduction to management (defining, function, who, what is being
managed);
Team work;
Communications (active listening, feedback);
Decision-making;
Leadership/management (difference between leadership and management,
management styles, stages of leaders’ development);
Organizational culture (basic types, ways of defining, impacting
factors);
Organizational structure (types, bodies, functions, and their
interlinkages, principles of democratic structure);
Personnel and volunteers (how to attract them, motivate them and keep
them in the organization);
Organizing and leading effective meetings.
