Sixteen international days of activism fighting violence against women

In partnership with the Association for Emancipation, Solidarity, and
Equality of Women of the Republic of Macedonia – ESE, Akcija Zdruzenska
has undertaken activities on initiating a joint campaign with the
non-governmental and governmental sectors, as well as with international
organizations working on the family violence issue in Macedonia. The campaign’s
three key components have been focused on awareness raising and capacity
building of professional structures on national and local levels, public
awareness raising, especially with the women’s population, and activities for
increased media coverage of the family violence issue.
