
Marija Savovska is a dedicated gender equality activist and the Executive Director of Akcija Zdruzenska. With a strong academic background in dramatic arts and social sciences, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities in Skopje. She has completed advanced training in gender equality, leadership, and project management. Her professional experience includes program management and consultancy on gender issues, women's rights, and organizational development for international bodies such as OSCE, UN Women, GIZ, and the Swiss Development Agency.
Savovska specializes in strategic planning, advocacy, and capacity-building, with a focus on empowering local women’s organizations and improving gender policies. She is a co-author of several publications and has contributed to evaluations on gender equality, women's political participation, and domestic violence prevention. She has also held leadership roles in various professional bodies, including advisory boards for the Global Fund for Women and the Western Balkans Gender Policy Network.

Sonja Hadzi Nikolov is a committed gender equality activist and Program Coordinator at Akcija Zdruzenska. With a legal academic background and extensive training in gender equality, CEDAW, and budget monitoring, she has coordinated projects since 2006 focused on promoting gender equality, legal reforms, and policy implementation in North Macedonia.
She has contributed to research on domestic violence prevention, strengthening women’s CSOs, and evaluating gender-responsive budgeting at the local level.
Collaborating with organizations like UN Women, OSCE, and Kvinna Till Kvinna.

Suzana Grozdanovska Filevska is a dedicated gender equality activist and Grants Coordinator at Akcija Zdruzenska. With a higher academic background and advanced training in gender equality, project management, and financial planning, she oversees grant documentation, financial and narrative reporting, and project implementation support.
Her work includes organizing focus groups, maintaining project databases, and mentoring local NGOs in financial and administrative management.
With extensive experience, she has contributed to research and policy analysis focused on gender equality, women's political participation, and monitoring gender policies in Macedonia.

Kargovska is a dedicated gender equality activist and the Administrative and Financial Coordinator at Akcija Zdruzenska, with a diverse background in customer support, data protection, and organizational management.
Through years of professional development—including advanced training in customer service, Microsoft Office, fraud prevention, ISO certification preparation, and personal data protection—she has become a skilled administrator and finance professional.
Her previous roles include administrative and financial support at the renowned “Tikves Wine Route” and executive-level responsibilities at Macedonian Telecommunications, focusing on international customer service and operational efficiency. Her career reflects a strong commitment to efficiency, data security and gender equality.
