As part of the project “Establishing Unified and Positive Practices in
Combating Domestic violence in Macedonia”, the Association of Citizens Akcija
Zdruzenska-Skopje and the Association for Emancipation, Solidarity and Equality
of Women in the Republic of Macedonia, in the period 14-16.09.2006, in Ohrid
organized working session for representatives from the Ministry of Labour and
Social Policy, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health and civil law judges.
This is the second of the six working sessions within the activities towards
unification of civil justice system, towards development procedures for
proposing, issuing, implementation and continuation with the civil restraining
orders.
The purpose of this working session was finalizing questionnaires for
collecting data on the numbers and types of proposed and issued civil
restraining orders by Social Care Centers and the basic courts. Also the
questionnaire will serve for identification and analyses of the problems that
appear in the practice in relation to these.
