{"id":4147,"date":"2025-03-07T08:29:47","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T08:29:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zdruzenska.idesign.mk\/?p=4147"},"modified":"2025-03-07T08:29:47","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T08:29:47","slug":"aktivni-zheni-otchetni-vlasti-3-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zdruzenska.org.mk\/en\/proekti\/aktivni-zheni-otchetni-vlasti-3-3\/","title":{"rendered":"ACTIVE WOMEN, ACCOUNTABLE GOVERNMENTS (AWAG) III"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Project Duration:<\/strong> 01\/01\/2021 \u2013 31\/03\/2025<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sources of funding:<\/strong> Kvinna Till Kvinna Foundation<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overall objective: Enhancing the participation and influence of women in local planning, decision-making and the development of gender-responsive policies and budgets<\/strong> Improved women\u2019s influence on the policy planning and decision making<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific project objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the sustainability of the outreach women empowerment approach as a regular programming framework of local organizations regardless of the thematic area (participation, economic status, violence, etc);<\/li>\n<li>Further development of the organizational\/management capacities of local women organizations, with flexible core financial support they will be able to maintain continuity of operations and more effectively use the resources obtained from other sources while keeping the focus on the community work;<\/li>\n<li>Building horizontal alliances between women\u2019s organizations and women from the communities for exchange and cooperation, mutual support and solidarity advocacy of women\u2019s civic participation and gender responsive policies and budgets in institutions at local and national level;<\/li>\n<li>Continuous monitoring and the collected overview data on the progress in implementation of the gender equality legal commitments to gender mainstreaming with primary focus on efficiency of implementation of the new Gender Equality Law expected for adoption in 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected Results :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthened advocacy capacities of 6 local women NGOs (Women\u2019s Civic Initiative WCI - Sveti Nikole;
