The video, produced in December 2023, documents the approaches and effects achieved over the past five years with the Local Women\u2019s Action Support Fund of Akcija Zdruzhenska. Aproach and support based on the principles of flexibility, predictability, trust and partnership on an equal basis, ensuring operational continuity of local women organizations, constant transfer of experience and lessons learned to establish the basic rules for accounting, encouraging them to see the changes they want to achieve as organizations, and most importantly, to go out and encourage, empower and connect women for active participation in planning and decision-making processes at the local level.<\/p>\n
