In the village of Razlovci, Del\u010devo, the Women\u2019s Organization in Del\u010devo held an educational workshop attended by local women as part of the project \u201cWomen Take the Lead in Local Communities.\u201d<\/p>\n
The purpose of the workshop was to inform, encourage, and connect women for more active participation in local decision-making.<\/p>\n
During the workshop, participants discussed the exact functions of the Municipality of Del\u010devo and its responsibilities \u2014 such as education, roads, social protection, municipal hygiene, and healthcare. They also reviewed where the 2025 budget is allocated and whether Razlovci is adequately represented.<\/p>\n
The discussion also focused on how women can participate in shaping local policies, submit initiatives, and advocate for concrete changes.<\/p>\n
Women from Razlovci gained tools and knowledge on how to take action, and at the next meeting, they will collaboratively formulate proposals and requests to the municipality.<\/p>\n
