data-end=\"649\">Through interactive sessions and practical exercises based on real-life scenarios, the participants learned how to effectively facilitate discussions and meetings, ask clear and guiding questions, build trust within groups, and develop leadership that motivates and inspires.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"790\">The workshop contributes to empowering women as organizers of initiatives and active agents of positive social
