Through these activities, the organizers aimed to raise awareness about the need for increased participation of women in shaping local policies and making decisions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"595\">The organizers emphasize that such initiatives are crucial for strengthening the role of women in public life and for creating more inclusive and accountable local communities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"1037\">The activity is organized by the Organization of Women \u201c\u017densko Lobi\u201d \u2013 Demir Kapija and is part of the project \u201cWomen Taking the Lead in Local Communities.\u201d The project is financially supported by the European Union, co-financed by the Embassy of Sweden, and implemented by The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation in partnership with the Association for Gender Equality Advancement Akcija Zdruzenska and the Humanitarian Association \u201cMajka\u201d from Kumanovo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1039\"
