Greater and more active participation of women, particularly women from rural areas, in local decision-making processes was the focus of the public debate \u201cWomen\u2019s Leadership as a Reflection of the Community\u201d, organized by the Women from Delchevo organization.<\/p>\n
The debate provided space for an open and honest discussion about the everyday needs and challenges faced by women, as well as their ideas, initiatives and opportunities to play a greater role in the development of the local community. The participants shared their experiences, proposed ideas and expressed their willingness to actively contribute to their communities, emphasizing the importance of having their voices heard and taken into consideration in decision-making processes. One of the key needs highlighted was the establishment of additional and more functional mechanisms for regular cooperation and consultation between women and the Municipality of Delchevo. According to the participants, such mechanisms would enable their proposals and initiatives to reach local institutions in a timely manner and be incorporated into local planning and decision-making processes.<\/p>\n
