Women from the region, led by the Organization of Women “Žensko Lobi” from Demir Kapija, have sent a message calling for greater inclusion in decision-making processes that affect all citizens.

As part of the public advocacy campaign “Women from the Community Demand…”, street actions were carried out in Demir Kapija, Gradsko, and Rosoman. Through these activities, the organizers aimed to raise awareness about the need for increased participation of women in shaping local policies and making decisions.

The organizers emphasize that such initiatives are crucial for strengthening the role of women in public life and for creating more inclusive and accountable local communities.

The activity is organized by the Organization of Women “Žensko Lobi” – Demir Kapija and is part of the project “Women Taking the Lead in Local Communities.” The project is financially supported by the European Union, co-financed by the Embassy of Sweden, and implemented by The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation in partnership with the Association for Gender Equality Advancement Akcija Zdruzenska and the Humanitarian Association “Majka” from Kumanovo.
