Women from the field network of the Organization of Women from Strumica participated in a workshop with the women’s circle Sačevo, where they developed plans for independently planning, organizing and implementing activities.

This activity is the first step in implementing the pilot model aimed at empowering the field network collaborators to take initiatives and successfully carry out tasks in their communities.

Through practical work, idea exchange, and joint planning, the participants gained new knowledge and skills that will help them become more active actors at the local level.

“We believe that investing in women is investing in stronger and more active communities,” the organization says.

The activity is part of the annual program of the Organization of Women from Strumica and is financially supported through an institutional grant from Action Association.
