Organized by ‘Women’s Action’ Radovish, a workshop was held as part of the project ‘Empowering Women to Use Municipal E-Services,’ bringing together women from local women’s circles in Konche, Oraovica, Zleovo, as well as from the urban communities UZ5 and UZ2 in Radovish.

At the workshop, the results of the conducted research on women’s use of and satisfaction with municipal e-services were presented. The participants engaged in active discussions and proposed several key recommendations, representing an important step toward more effective advocacy and improving the situation, particularly in addressing the digital gender gap at the local level. The activity is part of the broader project ‘Women Taking the Lead in Local Communities,’ implemented by Association Action, The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation, and the Humanitarian Association ‘Majka’ – Kumanovo. The project is financially supported by the Delegation of the European Union to North Macedonia and the Embassy of Sweden in Skopje.
