What are the real problems of women in Razlovci, and what priorities must be addressed with the support of the municipality? These were the topics discussed on August 7, when women from Razlovci analyzed the everyday challenges they encounter.

After identifying the main issues, they transformed them into concrete proposals for local policies — clear, well-argued, and ready for advocacy. This made the workshop not just a training session, but a process of building women’s voices that are heard in decision-making.

The women of Razlovci worked on formulating proposed solutions related to the lack of clean drinking water, local transportation, street lighting, healthcare, roads, safety, and public utility services. The initial list of priorities will be further developed with input from other women in Razlovci and then presented to the local authorities.
