Organised by Women's Action Radoviš, a meeting with women from the Municipality of Radoviš was held in the open space in front of ZPORK Radoviš as part of the project "Empowering Women to Use Municipal E-Services." The event enabled direct communication between the participants and a representative of the Municipality of Radoviš, during which the electronic services offered by the municipality, their availability, and the ways in which they can be accessed and used were presented.

Through an open discussion, the participants asked questions, shared their experiences and challenges related to using e-services, and received practical information and guidance that will help them use the municipality's electronic services more easily and confidently. During the discussion, the women highlighted the need for greater public awareness about the available e-services, as well as the organisation of practical training sessions that would contribute to strengthening their digital skills and increasing their confidence in using municipal e-services. Their suggestions and recommendations represent an important contribution to the process of improving these services and ensuring they are better tailored to the needs of women.

The project "Empowering Women to Use Municipal E-Services" is implemented as part of the project "Women Taking the Lead in Local Communities," implemented by Akcija Zdruzhenska, The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation, and the Humanitarian Association "Majka" – Kumanovo, with financial support from the Delegation of the European Union to North Macedonia and the Embassy of Sweden in Skopje.
