In the village of Razlovci, Delchevo, the Women’s Organization of Delchevo held an educational workshop attended by women as part of the project “Women Take the Lead in Local Communities.”

The goal of the workshop was to inform, encourage, and connect women for more active participation in local decision-making.

During the workshop, there was discussion about the roles and responsibilities of the Municipality of Delchevo—such as education, roads, social protection, public hygiene, healthcare—as well as where the 2025 budget funds are going and whether Razlovci is adequately represented.

There was also a discussion on how women can participate in shaping local policies, submit initiatives, and demand concrete changes.

The workshop also shared research findings on women's civic participation in the village, revealing that many women face a lack of information, but have a strong desire to contribute to positive change.

The women of Razlovci received tools and knowledge to take action, and at the next meeting, we will jointly formulate proposals and demands to the municipality.
