The organization “Zena” from Delchevo organized a facilitation and leadership workshop aimed at strengthening women’s capacities for active participation and leadership within their communities.

Through interactive sessions and practical exercises based on real-life scenarios, the participants learned how to effectively facilitate discussions and meetings, ask clear and guiding questions, build trust within groups, and develop leadership that motivates and inspires.

The workshop contributes to empowering women as organizers of initiatives and active agents of positive social change.
